My Intro To The World of Real Estate

Elated to announce that I have joined forces with Marie Persaud, forming our team Persaud & Co, with Coldwell Banker R.M.R. Real Estate, Brokerage.

My fascination and admiration of Real Estate began close to 20 years ago observing my mother working for her clients. Her ethics and integrity are exemplary. I strive to accomplish the level of respect, success, and achievements that she has and am grateful for the foundation of ethics and knowledge she has provided me with.

Real Estate is dynamic and ever-evolving, each interaction is unique! No two clients, properties, or market conditions are the same – We keep up to date with the communities we serve, trends in the market, and the economy to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.

Having earned a Master of Science in Communication & Media, a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in Marketing, an Advanced Diploma in Business Admin, and now Real Estate credentials through Humber College, I look forward to utilizing my skills in a Real Estate capacity. My professional experiences have taught me much that will benefit me as a Realtor – from understanding how to effectively market, to ensuring confidential and delicate matters are handled with care and discretion, while effectively serving each client.

When I am not working you can find me socializing with family and friends, listening to music/podcasts, studying, learning to speak Spanish, lifting weights, practicing yoga, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
